Steady Flow Networks reserves the right to cancel any account that is in violation of the Terms of Service (known as TOS from herein). The Steady Flow Networks' TOS is an agreement that is made by the account holder when purchasing a Web Hosting or Email Hosting account. The objective of TOS is to protect the privacy and rights of individuals, and Steady Flow Networks' associates and service providers from Internet abuse.

You must be at least 18-years of age, or if under the age of 18, must have adult consent. In the event that the account is being set up for someone under the age of 18, the account must be in the consenting-adult's name.

You, the account holder, agree the following:
- No exploits, trojans, viruses, DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) sources or binaries are ever to be stored, compiled or executed on or against any Steady Flow Networks servers

- Unsolicited email (spamming) and phising are not tolerated. Your account will be suspended immediately upon detection.

- Absolutely no IRC connections to any IRC servers, for any period of time, from the Steady Flow Networks' Hosting servers (this does not include the Shell Hosting Server)

- No pirated software is to be stored on any Steady Flow Networks' servers, which includes, but is not limited to, warez, disc images or movies. The only exception to this rule is MP3s as long as they are made from your own purchased audio discs and are not used for sharing or streaming

- No Peer-to-Peer (P2P) or (bit)torrent software is to be stored, compiled, or executed on any Steady Flow Networks servers. The exception to this rule is torrent trackers, so long as the material being tracked is not pirated software or illegal media, such as pirated MP3s or movies; trackers must not degrade network traffic and latency

- The account holder is responsible for their account and the actions of any person(s) given access to use the service provided. Issues that may arise from abuse or misuse can be cause for immediate suspension of your account and services, on a temporary or permanent basis, without refund. It is important to keep your information private and use appropriate passwords

- Steady Flow Networks reserves the right to change any of the above information, as well as package pricing due to fluctuations in the market. Your service may be upgraded at no additional charge without prior notification to meet marketting demands. Your service will never be downgraded without your request. All cancelations are subject to 30-day notice, or cancelation penalty equal to 30-days service if notice is not given. There are 48-hours grace period after last payment to download necessary data from your account before the account is inactive. Once the account is inactive, the data will no longer exist and cannot be retrieved.

- Steady Flow Networks is not directly or indirectly responsible for lost data. If your account closes and 48-hours has passed, your data will be deleted and will not be retrieved from backup. If for any reason there is hardware failure, data in its entirety will be restored, unless circumstances beyond Steady Flow Networks' control prevents the restoration of data.

- Steady Flow Networks will never publish your email address(es), private information, remote IP address, or any other sensitive information, to anyone including law enforcement agencies that do not provide a warrant

- All billing is recurring unless you cancel services. If you choose to cancel services, please provide notice 30-days before your next bill date as refunds in full or in part will not be granted once you have been billed by the automated billing system. If you have happen been billed in error for any reason, please report the error as soon as possible with proof of charge to be refunded quickly. There is a 30-day grace period and with no penalties, if you notify us 24-hours or more before the bill is due. You will be required to pay the arrears and the current balance (2-months payments) by the next bill date. If your bill lapses without notice, you may be subject to an interest fee of up to 3%, compounded monthly. If full payment, plus any interest is not received by 60-days, services will be temporarily suspended until payment is made and has cleared. Any remaining balance on your account must be paid up to date if you choose to cancel services. Interest up to 3% compounded monthly will continue to accrue until the full balance and interest has been paid up to date.
